Disc Centrifuge Market Scope
Disc centrifuge is versatile device that is used for segregation of the mixtures of any two or more immiscible liquids and solids. It function through thickening the suspension via generating the acceleration speed of up to about 12,000 g. The bowl present in the disc centrifuge is equipped with around an average 100 conical shaped discs, through which the suspension liquid flows in the direction of the axis. For the solid-liquid mixture, the solid particle settles in over the inner lining of the discs due to effect of centrifugal force.
