What is Meat Starter Cultures?
Starters is known as microbial cultures which is mainly used to promote and conduct the fermentation of products. Meat starter culture is known as adding sustainable microorganisms to meat to encourage microbiological quality and it creates colour, flavour and texture of meat products.
