ArF Laser is a type of excimer laser which produces a ultraviolet laser, and is commonly used in the production of semi-conductor chips, micro machines and even for medical purposes such as eye surgery. Other than that the ArF laser is also extensively used in scientific researches. The laser uses a noble gas Argon and the halogen gas fluorine.
