About Bacterial Amylase
Amylases are one of the most enzymes employed in the industry. Such enzymes change the starch molecules into polymers composed of glucose units. It has potential application in an exceedingly wide variety of commercial processes like food, fermentation, and pharmaceutical industries. α-Amylases may be obtained from plants, animals, and microorganisms.
