Gas Suction Pyrometer Market Scope
A gas suction pyrometer is a type of remote-sensing thermometer used to measure the temperature of high-temperature flue gases. The primary idea of a gas suction pyrometer is to limit heat transfer to the temperature sensor via radiation while increasing heat transfer via convection. Suction pyrometers are made comprised of a thermocouple and a suction probe for gas samples that can be used to detect the temperature of the extracted gas flow. The length of the suction tube must allow for traversals in the measuring plane. The flow of cold water in the pyrometer's suction tube is sufficient to avoid boiling. The Gas Suction Pyrometer is widely used in factories, gas basins, and power plants, particularly for the measurement of moving objects or surfaces that cannot be reached or touched. Gas Suction Pyrometers are ideal for precisely detecting high temperatures within gas turbine engines' combustion chambers. The Gas Suction Pyrometer is used to determine the real gas composition of reactive gases and to monitor the temperature of hot gases.
