On 1st April 2019, -Diodes Incorporated, a leading global manufacturer and supplier of high-quality application-specific standard products for the discrete, logic, analog, and mixed-signal semiconductor markets, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Texas Instruments ("TI") Greenock wafer fabrication facility and operation ("GFAB"). Greenock's facilities and fab operations will be integrated by Diodes, which will also include the transfer of all GFAB workers to Diodes.
