On 22 Nov 2017, Netherlands-based Altice Group has completed the merger of its two Dominican Republic based telecoms businesses Orange Dominicana and Tricom. The group has relaunched the combined business under the ‘Altice Dominicana’ brand name. The enlarged operator offers VoIP services, mobile, broadband, cable TV as well as a triple-play solution comprising its fixed line products.
