In March 2019, Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., and Brammer Bio, viral vector contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) have announced that they entered into a definitive agreement under which Thermo Fisher is likely to acquire Brammer Bio for approximately USD 1.7 Billion in cash.
