On August 23rd, 2018, an integrated global infrastructure firm ‘AECOM’ has been awarded an “Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Research and Development Contract” by the United States Department of Defense (DoD) Information Analysis Center (IAC) for the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC). The contract is being awarded through AECOM’s subsidiary named ‘URS Federal Services International, Inc.’.
IATA Resolution 753 on baggage tracking which is intended to encourage airlines to further reduce mishandling by implementing cross-industry tracking for every baggage journey.
