About Pervious Pavement
Pervious pavement is made of either pervious asphalt or pervious concrete. It is a specific type of pavement with high porosity that allows rainwater to pass through it into the ground below. It consists of Portland cement, open-graded coarse aggregate and water. It contains enough void space to allow rapid percolation of water and resembles exposed aggregate concrete.
